Night Goat Barbecue is craft barbecue cooked low and slow, with intention. Chef Good sources the best quality, pasture-raised meats for his smoker. The cuts are trimmed, seasoned, and slow cooked over oak and hickory. Good pairs the meats with his signature vinegar-based barbecue sauces, fermented hot sauces, house-pickled vegetables, and a variety of delectable sides.
We are excited to announce - Night Goat is evolving! We are currently working on getting the Night Goat concept into a brick and morter. The space is currently under construction, and we hope to be open soon! The concept is a Honky-Tonk Dive Bar with a Night Goat inspired, live fire pizza menu - open 5 days a week for dinner and late night!
