Jose Pastor Selections is synonymous with authentic, fine Iberian wines from the Iberian Peninsula and its surrounding islands. Long before it was fashionable, Jose Pastor championed the work of traditionally-minded growers who believed in a minimalist approach in the vines and in the cellar–often practicing organic and/or biodynamic farming.
